Kids can have fun cleaning to...

So I was going through all of our winter stuff getting it ready and found I had a couple single gloves and socks that had lost their other half...so sad. So I decided to make a craft out of them with the kids (what they didnt know was that it would make cleaning fun) So what we did was each kid picked which glove/sock they wanted and then decorated them however they wanted. The boys made their gloves into spiders and Miss A made hers into a sock puppet. After we glued everything on they put them to work. I showed them that they could pretned they were spiders/puppets going around eating up all the dust. They were actually bickering over who was going to clean what. Needless to say my house is now dusted and I didnt have a single complaint.


What you will need to make your magic cleaning helper:


Glove or sock
Google eyes
Hot glue gun
Other fun goodies to decorate with
Then let them have at it :) Help them glue their stuff on. My kids are to young to use the hot glue gun so I had them place the stuff where they wanted it and then I glues them on. Then let them try them on....

Now it's time to put them work. I put Miss A's on and showed them. I started dancing around and dusting and at that point they were begging me to stop (Im not sure if they wanted me to stop cuz of my dancing or they wanted to get started lol) They had a blast dusting and acting silly and my house is now dust free.
