Menu Plan Sunday

MONDAY- Garlicky herb steaks with mashed potatos and green beans
Valentines so we decided to do something special

TUESDAY- Beef stew with cornbread
*Crockpot Night*
1 lbs beef stew meat
3 medium carrots, cut into circles
3 medium tomatos, peeled and cut into wedges (or 1 can)
2 medium potatos, peeled and cubed
3 celery stalks, peeled and cut
half and onion peeled and cut
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dreid thyme
1 can beef broth (14.5 oz)
1/2 tsp pepper
Put all ingrediants in crock pot and cook for eight hours.


WEDNESDAY- Garlicky bbq chicken with creamed corn
Creamed Corn: *Crockpot*
2 pakgs frozen corn
1 pkg cream cheese (8oz)
1/4 C butter, cubed
1 tbl sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Coat crockpot with cooking spray. Combine all ingrediants. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 3-1/2 hours.

Sauce:
10 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 C Worchestershire sauce
2 tbl Soy sauce
1 Medium onion, chopped
1/4 C water
Put all ingrediants in blender and pulse until thoroughly combined.
Put marinade and chicken in freezer bag over night. Let stand at room temp for 1 hour before cooking. (What makes chicken tough is if cooked while cold. The instant tempurature change.)
BBQ or bake

THURSDAY- Tacos

FRIDAY- Ham with stuffing
*Crockpot Night*
1/2 Cpacked brown sugar
1 tsp Ground mustard
1 tsp Horseradish
4 tbl Cola
1 Smoked ham cut in half


SATURDAY- Pizza

SUNDAY- Nachos
