Easy homemade donuts~

These are so easy to make and super yummy! This is what you need:
1. Biscuits
2. Vegetable oil (enough to cover half the donut when put in)
3. Sugar (or other topping like powdered sugar etc.)
4. Something to make the donut hole (I used a S&P top)

Here we go.....
Heat your oil to about 350 degrees while that is going on take the biscuits out and separate them. Use your tool to punch out the holes in each.

Put your donuts in the oil (only about 4 at a time, don't crowd the pan) cook on each side for about 1-2 min. You can put all the donut holes in though.

When golden transfer to plate with a paper towel to get some of the excess oil and them put them in a bowl with sugar (or your choice of topping)

and there you go! Finish the rest, even the donut hole which are perfect bite size :)
Let me know how your turn out and if you changed it up a bit. I would love to know what toppings everyone used :)

Yummy Homemade Fries

The kids and I have made these a couple times now and we loooove them! We love to make them whenever we BBQ and the kids love to help :)

3-4 Big Potato's
1 tsp Celery Salt
1tsp Jerky Seasoning
1tsp Pepper
Oil

(I didnt have celery salt so i used celery seed, crushed, and added salt. I also didnt have jerky seasoning so i used chili seasoning :) its all a good substitute!

Start to boil water with a little salt and oil. Peel and cut potato's into thick steak fries. Boil for about 15 min. Drain and rinse. In a large ziploc bag add oil, enough to coat all the fries, and seasoning. Make sure all the fries get coated evenly. Throw on the BBQ and cook until browned!! They are so yummy!
